Thomas Tircuit, formerly of Ascension, but for the past several years a resident 
of Iberville, has sold his Irion plantation in that parish to the Wilbert Planting 
and Manufacturing Company and will retire from the planting business at the close 
of the current year. The mules and agricultural implements were not included in 
the transfer, and Mr. Tircuit is advertising these for sale separately, delivery 
to be made at the close of the pending grinding season.
