The Chief smypathizes (sic) with Mr. and Mrs. T. S. Landry in the loss of 
their baby daughter, who passed away at her parent's home on St. Louis 
plantation, Iberville parish, at 8 o'clock Thursday morning. Although only 
two weeks old, the little one had firmly established herself in the hearts 
of her loving parents, and her death will bring to them a weight of sadness 
and sorrow that naught but time can lift. The remains were brought to 
Donaldsonville on the 9:10 T. and P. train yesterday morning and interred in 
the Catholic cemetery, after services at the church conducted by Rev. Father 
Massardier.
