Jose Pauly, Captain of the Militia, legitimate son of Juan Piat Pauly, and of 
Mrs. Maria Tita, both decd. Last Testament 

Declares his natural children with the free negro named Franca Villemont: 5 
mulatto children named: Carlos, who is in Spain, Franco, slave of Mr. Reggio, 
Alexandro, Andres, and Antonio, the three last named free; desiring Franco to 
be free; 
Among many statements, states that he owes $90 to Polinair Sinfuegos for 
obligation. Declares that he has 100 claims against the Succession of Antonio 
San Maxent.
Having declaring among his possessions:
A plantation, situated at Galveztown, of twenty arpents of front, on the 
ordinary depth, on which is a principal house, and other buildings. 
Also, a house in the town of Galveztown, set upon two tracts, ? to the 
Fountain.

Names as universal heirs of all property etc. Francisca Villemont and 5 
children, and names Franca as Tutor and Guardian of the above five. Names for 
Testamentary Executor, Dn. Alexo Leusasien
