Last Testament Declares his natural children with the free negro named Franca Villemont: 5 mulatto children named: Carlos, who is in Spain, Franco, slave of Mr. Reggio, Alexandro, Andres, and Antonio, the three last named free; desiring Franco to be free; Among many statements, states that he owes $90 to Polinair Sinfuegos for obligation. Declares that he has 100 claims against the Succession of Antonio San Maxent. Having declaring among his possessions: A plantation, situated at Galveztown, of twenty arpents of front, on the ordinary depth, on which is a principal house, and other buildings. Also, a house in the town of Galveztown, set upon two tracts, ? to the Fountain. Names as universal heirs of all property etc. Francisca Villemont and 5 children, and names Franca as Tutor and Guardian of the above five. Names for Testamentary Executor, Dn.
