That the land which he sold on the coast, on the side of Mr. Alejandro for the lower side, four arpents with ordinary depth, to Samboret, for price of $810 for which $500 was paid, and balance remaining due. That he has four arpents of land which he purchased of Simon Requer, which land is a half league from Galvestown. Mentions that his brother, Baltazar owes him money for purchase of negroes; that he gives money to his brother, Antonio Viniers. Declares that all his property is to go to his wife, Maria Plan, during her life. That she be Testamentary Executrix. Made at my plantation, District of Galvestown.
