Cicero Jefferson Kelley was sheriff of Jackson Parish. He was sworn in on
June 1 1875. Mrs Evelyn Kelley French visited the court house in 1973. She
had a photo of My Great great grandpa Kelley. That picture now hangs in the
hall of the court house. I will post that photo soon.
