 I was told by my father,Ted Shelton Kelley that his grandpa, Cicero Jefferson
kelley was called "Bull Dog Kelley."Cicero had quite a reputation for holding
on to criminals.It was said by Cicero's son Hiram Owen Kelley "Once he had you
it was like having a bull dog all over you."
