Gray December 1927 Jackson Independence The many friends of the family of George W. Gray, were shocked and deeply grieved Saturday to learn of his death, which occured at his home in Ruston. He had been ill a number of weeks, following a stroke of paralacis. He was 46 year of age, and leaves his wife, and four children; Everett Dwight, Vada and Mrs. Vernice Holloway; his father, three brother's and three sisters; Mrs. John Womack of Arkansas; Mrs. George Sullivan, Monroe; Mrs. J. M. Odom, Jonesboro; Frank Gray; Jno. R. Gray and Charles Gray of Jonesboro. Funeral services were held Sunday at Ebeneser, at 12 o'clock, conducted by Rev. J.S. Chellette Cards of Thanks We want to extend to our many friends our thanks and appreciation for their kindness shown us during the sickness and death of our dear brither Goe. W. Gray.
