Shirley D. Robison (October 18, 1944 - August 20, 2006)

Southern Funeral Home of Jonesboro

Shirley D. Robison, age 61 of Hodge, died Sunday, August
20, 2006 at St. Francis Medical Center in Monroe following
a lengthy illness.

Shirley was born October 18, 1944 to Ernest L. Hall and
Luciel Smith Hall in Goldonna, La.. She was a retired
catering operator.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, August 22, 2006 from 6:00
PM until 9:00 PM at Southern Funeral Home in Jonesboro.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 23, 2006
at North Hodge Assembly of God with Reverend Gene Cumpton
officiating. Interment will be held at Garden of Memories
Cemetery near Jonesboro.

Mrs. Robison was preceded in death by her husband Gene
Robison. She is survived by 2 daughters, Sandra J. Walker
of Virginia Beach, Va. and Stacey M. Porcuna of Slidell; 2
sisters, Ernestine Roden of North Hodge and Ethel Stroud
of Winnfield; brother, Don Hall and wife C.J. of
Shreveport; 3 sisters-in- law, Johnnie Mae Hall of Baton
Rouge, Mary Hall of Longview and Karen Walsworth and
husband David of Weston; 2 grandchildren; a host of
nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Pallbearers are Louie Cousins, Lloyd Hennigan, Ricky
Robison, Artis Glen Stroud, Jerry Rasbury and Alex
Porcuna.

Archie Lee Shows (May 26, 1915 - August 20, 2006)

 Southern Funeral Home of Jonesboro

Mr. Archie L. Shows, age 91 of Dodson, died Sunday, August
20, 2006 at Winn Parish Medical Center following a lengthy
illness.

Mr. Shows was born in Jackson Parish to the late James
Pierce Shows and Mary Eliza Antley Shows. He was a retired
forester.

Friends may call on the family Monday, August 21, 2006
from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Southern Funeral Home in
Jonesboro and from 9:00 AM until service time Tuesday,
August 22, 2006 at Siloam Baptist Church in Gansville.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11:00 AM at
Siloam Baptist Church with Reverend Charlie Hammons
officiating. Interment will be at Siloam Cemetery.

Mr. Shows is survived by 2 sons, Edgar H. Shows and wife
Melba and Don A. Shows and wife Barbara; 2 daughters,
Jerry L. Lasyone and husband Burel and Mary Ann Tinsley
and husband Jim, all of Dodson; a host of nieces, nephews,
other relatives and friends; 12 grandchildren; 17 great
grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
