Funeral Services held for James G. White
James G. White, age 48, of Chatham, died Wednesday morning, July 10 in a 
Jonesboro Clinic.
Funeral services were held at 3 PM Thursday at the Ebenezer Baptist Church 
near Jonesboro with Rev. C. C. Milstead, pastor, and Rev. Ralph Johnson 
conducting.
Burial was in the church cemetery under the direction of Southern Funeral Home 
of Jonesboro. 
Survivors include a son, James William White of Biloxi, Miss.; two brothers, 
Johnny and Charley White, both of Newellton; three sisters, Mrs. Nora Johnson 
of White, Arkansas, Mrs. Cora Ramsey of Chatham, and Mrs. Etta Hearne of 
Newman, Georgia and one grandchild.

Additional Comments:
James Gavan White was the son of James L. White and Mary Christine Barnett.
