Funeral Services Held Monday for Miss Jewel Jones Last rites and
ceremonies were performed Monday, Jan. 1st, 1951 at Jonesboro
Baptist Church, for Miss Jewel Jones by Rev. John S. Hurt Jr.
Interment was in the Jonesboro cemetery under the direction of
Edmonds Funeral Home. Miss Jones, who died Sunday Dec. 31, is
survived by her father and mother Mr. And Mrs. S. F. Jones, and one
brother, Baskin Jones, all of Jonesboro. Pallbearers were: J. C.
Beasley, Donald Moffett, Elige Moffett, Harley Cook, Van Beasley and
Fred Ford.
