age 89, were held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, February 13 in the Buck Edmonds Memorial Chapel in Jonesboro. Rev. Wayne Toms conducted the services. Masonic graveside services were conducted by members of Hodge Lodge No 363 F&AM. Interment was in the Union Cemetery under the direction of Edmonds Funeral Home of Jonesboro. Mr. Lowe died Thursday night, February 11 in the Lincoln General Hospital in Ruston after a long illness. Survivors include six sons, James Lowe of Quitman, Wayne Lowe of Jonesboro, Troy Lowe of Ruston, Owen Lowe and Waylon Lowe, both of West Monroe, and Royce Lowe of Star City, Arkansas; One daughter, Mrs. Lurline Riser of Ruston; two sisters, Mrs. Susie Williams of Lake Charles and Mrs. Myrtle Jimmerson of Simsboro; Two brothers, Ennis Lowe of Arcadia and Henry Lowe of Quitman; 23 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren also survive. Pallbearers were Jim Gimber, Leon Johns, Arnold Watts, Travis Harvey, Lynn Taylor, and Glen Hatfield. Additional Comments: W. O. Lowe was the son of W. W. "Bill" Lowe and Rosalie "Lee" Thomas Lowe.
