Funeral Services Held For J T Rasbury
   Funeral services for J. T. Rasbury, age 88, of Ruston, were held
at 3 p.m. Wednesday at the Grace Methodist Church in Ruston with
Rev. George Ross conducting. Masonic graveside rites were held and
interment was in the Simsboro Cemetery under the direction of Conger
Funeral Home of Arcadia. Survivors include three sons, Haskel
Rasbury of Ruston; Noel Rasbury and W. C. Rasbury of Hodge; two
daughters, Mrs. Leroy Defreese of Ruston and Mrs. Clarice Andrews of
Pineville; eight grandchildren and several neices and nephews. Mr.
Rasbury was a retired farmer and one of the oldest Masons in
Louisiana. He was a charter member of the Simsboro Masonic Lodge.


Additional Comments:
The middle initial is wrong in the newspaper, his middle name is
Pearson.
