MRS. MALINDA LOU SIMONS
JONESBORO, Nov. 28 (Special) - Mrs. Malinda Lou Simons, 87, died
suddenly Sunday morning at her home in West Monroe. Services were
Monday at 2 p.m. at the Fellowship Church near Sikes with the Rev.
Jack Hanna officiating, assisted by the Rev. J. B. Mize. Interment
was in the Dothan Cemetery under the direction of the Southern
Funeral Home of Jonesboro. Survivors include three sons, B. B.
Simons and David Simons of Sikes, and Henry Simons of Chatham; three
daughters, Mrs. B. W. Allen of West Monroe, Mrs. H. E. Barlow of
Monroe, and Mrs. Ed Starnes of Winnfield; three brothers, Jim
Goleman and Tom Goleman of Rockwell, Tex., and B. J. Goleman or
Monroe, 35 grandchildren, 56 great grandchildren and eight great,
great grandchildren.
