Vail, Gracie January 14, 1982
Mrs. Gracie Esther Vail, age 73, of Jonesboro died Saturday January 9, 1982
in the Jackson Parish Hospital after a short illness.
Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Monday January 11th in the Buck
Edmonds Memorial Chapel in Jonesboro with the Rev. Billy McBride conducting
the services. Burial was in the Ebenezer Cemetery under the direction of
Edmonds Funeral Home of Jonesboro.
Survivors include her daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Swanner of West Monroe; one
brother, Curtis Gammill of Lamont, Missouri and two grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Richard Swanner, David Swanner, Dewey Swanner, Eugene
Swanner, Lavelle Diffey and Charles Gillam.
