Webb, age 38, well known here, having been employed by the Tremont Lumber Company at their camp at Joyce and Zenoria, died in a Shreveport hospital on November 6th, following an operation. Funeral services were held the following Sunday by Rev. Louis Hoffpauir, of Ruston, and interment was made in the Jonesboro Cemetery. At the time of his death Mr. Webb resided in Jonesboro to which place he moved about a year ago. He was a member of the Masonic fraternity. He is survived by his widow and two sons, Jack, Jr., and Jimmie Webb; two sisters, Mrs. Robbie D. Ramsey, Shreveport, Miss Myrtie Reese Webb, Home, and one brother Carr Webb, Alexandria.
