KNOW ALL BY THESE PRESENTS: That the South New Orleans Realty and Development Company, a corporation organized under the laws of this State, and domicilied in this City, herein represented by Gustave Mathis, it's President, as per resolution filed in the Recorder's Office of the Parish of Jefferson, dated September 11, 1914. Of the Parish of Orleans State of Louisiana for and in consideration of the sum of Thirty ($30.00) Dollars, to it in hand paid by JOSEPH LAURICELLA, husband of Nena Maggiore, have granted, sold and conveyed, and by these presents, do grant, sell and convey, with full subrogation to all of it's rights and actions of warranty againt all former owners and vendors. unto the said JOSEPH LAURICELLA husband of Nena Maggiore of the Parish of Jefferson, and State of Louisiana, the following described property to wit: Two certain lots of ground, together will all the buildings and improvements thereon, situated in the Parish of Jefferson, Sate of Louisiana, in the South New Orleans Sub-Division, designated by the Nos. 6 and 7 in Block No. 145 bounded by Staten and State Avenues and Eleventh Street and Central Avenue, as per plan made by H.C. Smith, Civily Engineer and Surveyor, in 1913, a reduced declineation of which, approved by Alf. E. Bonnabel, Parish Surveyor, on August 15th, 1914, is filed in the Office of the Clerk of Court and Parish Recorder for the Parish of Jefferson, Louisiana; according to which said plan said lots and adjoin each other and measure each Twenty-five (25') feet front on Staten Avneue, by a depth of One Hundred (100') feet between equal and parallel lines. Being a part of the same property acquired by the vendor herein by purchase from Gustave Mathis, as per act of sale passed before John R. Upton, Notary Public, on January 26th, 1914, and registered in the Conveyance records of Jefferson Parish in Book 33 Folio 423. All taxes due on said property have been paid, and the taxes for the current year 1915 will be paid by vendor and the above described property is not subject to any mortgage or encumbrance. To have and to hold the above described premises, together with all and singular improvements, rights and appurtenances thereto in any wise gelonging, unto the said purchaser his heirs and assignes forever; and it does hereby bind itself, it's successors and assigns, to warrant and forever defend all and singular, the said premises unto the said purchaser heirs and assigns, against any person, whosoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same, or in any part thereof. Gonzalez and E.J. Heisel that he executed the same on the day of the date thereof, and it was said Company's own free and voluntary act and deed and for the uses and purposes therein expressed.
