GALLAGHER 
Malroy Gerard Gallagher, March 30, 1996 at 11:29 P.M.  Beloved husband 
of Catherine Gallagher for the past 54 years.  Father of Catherine G. 
Floyd.  Son of the late James J. Gallagher and Catherine Albro Gallagher.  
Brother of Colette G. Wunder, Inez G. Stacy, Harold Gallagher, William 
Gallagher, and the late Elsie G. Durel and James Gallagher.  Grandfather 
of Michael Floyd, Gary Floyd, and Catherine "Kitty" Ruppert.  Great 
grandfather of Amanda, Michael, Tiffany, and Dylan.  Also survived by 
numerous nieces and nephews.  He was a WWII Navy Veteran, a member of 
V.F.W. Post No. 6640, and a retired loan officer at Metairie Bank.  
Aged 75 years.  A native of New Orleans, La and a resident of Metairie, 
La. for 51 years.  The relatives and friends of the family are invited 
to attend the funeral Mass from Leitz-Egan Funeral Home Chapel, 4747 
Veterans Blvd., near Clearview, on Tuesday afternoon, April 2, 1996 at 
1:00 p.m.  Internment Greenwood Cemetery.  Friends may call on Monday, 
April 1, 1996 from 6:00 PM until 10:00 PM and on Tuesday from 9:00 AM 
until funeral time.
