MARIE
Marie Carrier Meyers Marie, of Westwego, LA. Sunday, February 8, 1998 at 
11:50 a.m.  Age 62 years, a native of Lafitte, La. and a resident of Westwego, 
La. for the past 55 years.  Beloved wife of the late Vincent P. Marie.  Mother 
of Rozetta Mollere, Donna Percle, Pamela Marie, Sherree Martinez, Anthony Marie, 
Sr. and Roddy Marie, Sr.  Daughter of the late Charles Meyers, Sr. and Ida 
Creppel Meyers.  Step-daughter of the late Augustine Perez, Sr. and Mary Dufrene 
Perez.  Sister of Pearl Cooksey, Monroe Meyers, Sr. and the late Myrtle Bowers, 
Jeffery, Morris, Sr., Charles, Jr. and Otis Meyers.  Step-sister of Eunice 
Martin and the late Augustine Perez, Jr., Wilfred, Shiro, Gardner, Ralph and 
Ashton Perez.  Also survived by 11 grandchildren and 1 great-granddaughter.  
Relatives and friends of the family, also officers and Members of Westwego Civic 
Association and employees of Jefferson Parish School Board are invited to attend 
the Funeral Prayers from the parlor of Westside Funeral Home, 5101 Westbank 
Expressway, Marrero, Louisiana on Wednesday, February 11, 1998 at 10:30 o'clock 
a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass at 11 o'clock a.m. at Holy Guardian Angels 
Catholic Church, 1701 Bridge City Avenue, Bridge City, Louisiana.  Followed by 
interment in Our Lady of Prompt Succor Mausoleum, Westwego, La.  Visitation at 
Westside Funeral Home on Tuesday evening, February 10, 1998 from 6 o'clock p.m.
