MELAN
Norbert Peter Melan, Sr., on Thursday, January 23, 2003 at 4:15 PM. 
Husband of the late Dorothy Roux Melan Logrie.  Father of Geraldine 
M. Heigle and Norbert P. Melan, Jr.  Father-in-law of Leo Heigle.  
Son of the late Hattie Loeb and Frederick Melan.  Brother of Joyce 
Voigt, Hattie Guedimin, Lena Melan, Frederick Melan and the late 
Shirley Stanley.  Grandfather of Leo Heigle, III, Leslie Chapoton, 
Norbert Melan, III, Norman Melan and Shannon Mills.  Grandfather-in-law 
of Glen Chapoton, Curstine Melan and Monty Mills. Also survived by 
three great-grandchildren.  Relatives and friends of the family are 
invited to attend the Funeral Mass at LEITZ-EAGAN FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL, 
4747 Veterans Blvd., near Clearview Parkway, on Wednesday, January 29, 
2003 at 11:00 AM. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery.  Visitation will be 
on Tuesday evening from 6:00 PM until 10:00 PM and on Wednesday from 
8:00 AM until funeral time.
