PLAISANCE
Zoe A. Lapeyronnie Smith Plaisance of Harvey, LA on Thursday, December 29,
1966 at 6:14 o’clock p.m. Zoe A. Lapeyronnie beloved wife of the late Camile 
Plaisance by second marriage and the late William T. Smith by first marriage, 
mother of Mrs. Willie May Sandras, Mrs. Vada Costello, Ada L. Smith, Mrs. 
Merian S. Pertuit, William A. and Adrian L. Smith; daughter of the late Marie 
Durand and Justin Lapeyronnie, sister of Leocade, Jeanne, Irene, and Adrian F. 
Lapeyronnie, Sr. and the late August, Louis, Clement and Roy Lapeyronnie; also 
survived by seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; age 80, a native 
of Gretna, LA. and a resident of Harvey, LA for the past 43 years.

Relatives and friends of the family, also employees of Gretna Courthouse, the 
Waterfront Employees of New Orleans, Todd Shipyards Corp., Woolco Department 
Store and John Stumpf and Son are invited to attend the funeral.

Services from Mothe Funeral Home, Inc., 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA 
on Saturday, December 31, 1966 at 9:00 a.m. Requiem High Mass at St. Joseph 
Church, Gretna, LA.  Interment Hook and Ladder Cemetery.  Parlors will be open 
Friday, December 30, 1966 at 6 p.m.
