Of Lafitte, La., on Friday, January 7, 1966, at 3:55 o'clock p.m., Abdon 
Francis Williams, beloved husband of Theresa Billiot; father of Mrs. 
Adele Wicker, Mrs. Idamay Darda, Mrs. Marguerite Landry, Mrs. Dolores 
Knuppel and Charles Williams; brother of Mrs. Frances Dupre, Walter, 
Charles A. and Frank Williams; step brother of Mrs. Ruth Gruber, Mrs. 
Antoinette Hartmann, Mrs. Wilheimina Ortez and William Lee; also survived 
by 21 grandchildren; age 72 years.  Relatives and friends of the family, 
also officers and members of the David Walter Weldman American Legion 
Post No. 64 and John Roberts Post No. 344, are invited to attend the 
funeral.  Services from West Side Funeral Homes Co., 5101 Westbank 
Expressway, Marrero, on Monday, January 10, 1966, at St. Anthony's 
Church, Barataria.  Interment in Fleming Cemetery.  Friends may call 
after 12 o'clock noon Sunday, January 9, 1966.
