WILLIAMS

Herbert A. Williams, Sr., of Marrero, LA on  Saturday, October 4, 1997 at 
11:37 o'clock a.m.   Beloved husband of  the late Doris Guillot Williams.   
Father of Sherrie Boudreaux, Kim  Percle, Peggy Williams, Barry, Herbert Jr., Ricky 
and Mark Williams and the late  Della Boudreaux.   Son of the late Daliede 
Trosclair Williams and  Fortunate Williams.   Also survived by 17 grandchildren 
and 5  great-grandchildren.   Age 71 years.   A native of Little  Temple, LA 
and a resident of Marrero, LA for the past 40 years.

Relatives and friends of the family, also members of American Legion Post  
222 and Carpenter's Local Union 1846 are invited to attend Funeral Services from 
Mothe Funeral Homes, Inc., 7040 Lapalco Blvd at Westwood Dr., Marrero, LA on 
Monday, October 6, 1997.   Religous Services will be conducted in the  
Funeral Home Chapel.   Interment Westlawn Memorial Park.    
Parlors will be open Monday, October 6, 1997 from 9:00 a.m. until funeral  time.
