     BE IT KNOWN that on this eight (8) day of June, in the year of our Lord
one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five (A.D. 1935), at the residence of
Mr. Peter Rando, 1401 Poydras Street, in this City of New Orleans, Parish
of Orleans, State of Louisiana, before me, Peter Gentile, Notary Public,
duly commissioned and qualified, in and for the Parish of Orleans, State of
Louisiana, and therein residing, on the hour 7 P.M. in the full presence,
view and hearing of Peter Rando, Jewel E. Brock, Angelo J. Rando and Mrs.
Juanita P. Brock, all of whom are over the full legal age of majority and
residents of this City of New Orleans, Parish of Orleans, State of Louisiana,
personally came and appeared - ANGELINA RANDO- who is over the full legal age
of majority and a resident of the City of Harahan, in the Parish of Jefferson,
State of Louisiana and who, in the full presence, view and hearing of all
the aforementioned and undersigned competent witnesses, declared to me, the
said Notary Public, that she the said Angelina Rando, wished my presence at
the above mentioned and numbered residence for her personal convenience to
have me, the said Notary, write her last will and testament.

     And so, at this declaration of the said Angelina Rando, testatrix
herein, I, Peter Gentile, the said Notary Public, in the full presence, view
and hearing of all the aforementioned and undersigned competent witnesses,
to all of whom identity of the person and juridical capacity of the said
testatrix, Angelina Rando, are well known, after having first closed all
the doors and other openings leading into the room wherein this last will and
testament of the said Angelina Rando was dictated by her, the said testatrix,
to me, the said Notary Public, in full presence, view and hearing of all the
aforementioned and undersigned competent witnesses, immediately prepared to
write this last will and testament of the said Angelina Rando, testatrix
herein, word for word, as dictated to me, the said Notary Public, by the said
testatrix, Angelina Rando, in clear and understandable language and in the
full presence, view and hearing of all the above named and undersigned
competent witnesses, as follows to-wit:

     I, Angelina Rando, being of sound mind and knowing that this life is
precarious and wishing to make proper disposition of all my property in case
of my death, in the full presence, view and heaing of Peter Gentile, said
Notary, and all the aforementioned and undersigned competent witnesses, do
hereby delcare this my last will and testament.  My name is ANGELINA RANDO,
I was born in Ustica, Italy.  I am seventy-one (71) years of age.  I was
married only once and then to Antonino Maggiore, with whom I am presently
living.  My father and mother are both dead.  I have nine (9) children only,
all of whom are living and over the full legal age of majority and all have
been born from my marriage to the said Antonino Maggiore.  My said nine (9)
children are as follows:  John Maggiore, Murphy Maggiore, Joseph Maggiore,
Anthony Maggiore, Jr., Nina Maggiore, wife of Joseph Lauricella, Mamie
Maggiore, widow of John Taranto, Sarah Maggiore, wife of Charles
Saltalamacchia, Nancy Maggiore, wife of Peter Rando and Rosalie Maggiore,
wife of Fred Palmisano.  I give and bequeath to my said husband, Antonino
Maggiore, the disposable portion of all the property I may be possessed of at
the time of my death, wheather movable or immovable and wherever situated and
all that may accrue thereto, all of which disposable portion of all the
property I may die possessed of at the time of my death, I give and bequeath
to my said husband, Antonino Maggiore, to hold and enjoy, in full ownership
and without any condition whatsoever.  I give and bequeath also to my said
husband, Antonino Maggiore, usufruct of all the property of whatsoever nature
and kind I may be possessed of at the time of my death for him to enjoy said
usufruct during his natural life.  I name my said husband, Antonino Maggiore,
testamentary executor of all my property which I may die possessed of, and
all that which may accrue thereto and whatever situated, with full seizen
and without the necessity of furnishing a bond therefor.   I name Peter
Gentile, Attorney, to advise, direct, open and close my succession.  I desire
that all my just debts be paid.  I hereby revoke all and any will or
testament I may have made prior to this my last will and testament.

     This last will and testament of the said Angelina Rando, testatrix
herein, was dictated entirely by her, the said Angelina Rando, textatrix, to
me, the said Notary Public, in the full presence, view and hearing of all the
aforementioned and undersigend witnesses, and the same was reduced to writing
by me, the said Notary Public, in the full presence, view and hearing of all
the aforementioned and undersigend competent witnesses, and the said
testatrix, Angelina Rando, I, the said Notary Public, then read in full this
last will and testament to the said Angelina Rando, testatrix, herein, the
full presence, view and hearing of all the aforementioned and undersigned
competent witnesses, and she, the testatrix, Angelina Rando, did declare to
me, the said Notary Public, in the full presence, view and heaing of the
aforenamed and undersigned witnesses, that she, the said Angelina Rando,
testatrix herein, was entirely satisfied therewith, and that she, the said
testatrix, Angelina Rando, is unable to write her name to this her last will
and testament, because she does not know how write her name having never
been taught how to write her name and because she has never received and had
an education therefor.  And so, in the full presence, view and hearing of all
the aforementioned and undersigned competent witnesses and me, the said
Notary Public, she, the said Angelina Rando, testatrix herein, makes and
affixes herto her usual mark after the whole was received, dictated, read
and signed in the full presence, view and hearing of all the afornamed and
undersigned competent witnesses and the said testatrix, Angelina Rando, all
which was done at one sitting, and at one act, and without any interruption
and without turning aside to any other act.  Thus done, read and signed at
the aforenamed and numbered residence in this City of New Orleans, Parish of
Orleans, State of Louisiana, on this eight (8) day of June, in the year of
our Lord one thousand nine hundred and thirty-five (A.D. 1935).
