Jacobina Gegenheimer:

Jefferson Parish, 21st Judicial District, Suit #271:
Succession of Benjamin Reuben Stone (Sr.), Filed 10 Jan 1895:

The petition of Philip Stone, an emancipated minor living in Jefferson
Parish said that his father, Benjamin R. Stone died in Jefferson Parish
on 1 March 1894, and Bina Stone, wife, died in Jefferson Parish on 1 Dec 1893.
The following children were born of that marriage: Philip Stone, Benjamin R.
Stone, Catherine E. Stone, William Stone and Catherine S. Stone, all of
whom were minors at the time of their father's death and his only forced
heirs. As a result of the petition, the following Inventory was taken at the
residence on Lafayette Avenue in Gretna:
