A native of Crowley, he had lived in Woodlawn for the last 12 years. He was a member of Woodlawn Baptist Church. He was a member of the National High School Rodeo Association, the Louisiana High School Rodeo Association, the Eunice Rodeo Club, the FFA, 4-H and Beta Club and was a former member of JBRA and the Little Britches Rodeo Association. He was chosen for the Wranglers All Stars. Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. R.D. (Polly) Quebodeaux of Woodlawn; one brother, Ryan Guidry of Egan; his paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Cornelius (Amelia) Quebodeaux of Lake Arthur; and his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. M.L. A native of Welsh, she had lived most of her life in Lake Charles. She was a graduate of Lake Charles High School and a graduate of Baptist Hospital School of Nursing in Houston. She was a private duty nurse at St. Patrick Hospital and was the plant nurse at Olin Chemicals for 25 years before her retirement. She was a member of Trinity Bible Missionary Church.
