A2 Eugene Keller Jr., 72, died Thursday, March 31, 2005, in his residence. After graduating from Jennings High School in 1950, Mr. Keller enlisted in the Air Force. He received an honorable discharge with the rank of airman first class in 1954. He received his bachelor of science in accounting from Southern University in 1958 and furthered his studies at the University of Houston, where he received his MBA in 1967. He retired from the U.S. Department of Agriculture Office of the Inspector General after many years of service. He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene Keller Sr. and Rosana Landry. Survivors include his son, Stanley Eugene Keller of Los Angeles; two daughters, Darlene K. (Thomas "Poncho") Broussard of Baton Rouge and Kim (Kevin) Willis of Lancaster, Calif.; one brother, Clarence Marks of Pittsburgh; two aunts, Mary Simon and Shirley Fuselier of Jennings; his favorite cousin and best friend, Mary Louise Jenkins; eight grandchildren, Krystal Willis, Kevin Willis II, Thomas Broussard II, Victoria Broussard, Tera Keller, Anthony Keller, Brandon Jones and Christopher Fisher; and two great-grandchildren, Brandy and Brandon Jones. His funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 9, in Union Baptist Church in Jennings. The Rev. Henry Landry will officiate. Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery in Jennings under the direction of Combre Funeral Home. Visitation is from 9 a.m. in the church. KOLL, Betty Jo LCAP 12/08/2005 RAYMOND — Funeral service for Betty Jo Koll, 72, will be at 10 a.m. today, Dec. 8, at Miguez Funeral Home of Jennings. The Rev. Kathy Howell will officiate. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery in Jennings. Visitation is from 8 a.m. today. Miss Koll died at 2:15 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2005, at Jeff Davis Living Center. She was a lifelong resident of the Raymond community. She loved to read, did handiwork, loved cats and was a loving person. She was a member of Raymond United Methodist Church. Survivors include one sister-in-law, Roberta S. Koll of Raymond; five nieces and nephews, Fredrick and Chrystal Koll, John and Christine Koll, Mary Koll, Richard Koll and Phyliss and Glen Vandermolen; two greatnieces, Emily Koll and Ahnah Koll; and five great-nephews, Dakota Koll, Christian Koll, Barron Koll, Nathan Vandermolen and Aaron Vandermolen. She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred A. and Lennie Hosea Koll; and one brother, Robert Koll. Pallbearers will be Fredrick Koll, John Koll, Billy Compton, Tommy Compton, Michael Talley and Kent Brown. Honorary pallbearers are Richard Koll, Dakota Koll and Christine Koll.
