Ella Mae Quebodeaux, 89, died Saturday, Feb. 5, 2005, in a local care center. 
She was a native of Welsh and a lifelong resident of Lake Charles. She was a member of Grace
Mission Church. 
Survivors include her son, Warren "Coonie" Newman and wife Virginia of Westlake; seven
grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren. 
Her memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 9, in Hixson Funeral Home. The family will
receive friends from 9 a.m. Wednesday.
