Jerry Masters officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation is 6-8 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. Sunday. Mr. Keeth died at 5:45 a.m. Friday, Oct.13, 2006, in Jennings American Legion Hospital. A native of Plain Dealing, he had lived in Jennings since 1945, moving from Jonesville. He served in the Army Air Corps during World War II and was the co-owner of Auto Supply of Jennings. He was an avid sportsman and golfer. He played football at Louisiana College on a scholarship. He was a member of the Masonic lodge in Jennings and First Baptist Church. Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Ronald and Carol Keeth of Aurora, Ill., and Randal and Pam Keeth of San Antonio; six grandchildren, Tobin Keeth, Tara Beth Keeth, Kimberly Franklin, Kelly Keeth, Chad Keeth and Kristin Williams; and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Henry and Myra Evans Keeth; his wife, Marjorie Wallace Keeth; and one grandson, Todd Keeth. KELEMEN, Theresa L. LCAP 03/09/2006 JENNINGS — A memorial service for Theresa L. Kelemen, 90, will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 12, 2006, in Miguez Funeral Home. Her body was cremated. Mrs. Kelemen died at 10:15 a.m. Wednesday, March 1, in Jeff Davis Living Center in Jennings. KINNISON, Verna Mae LCAP 12/04/2006 Verna Mae Cormier Langley Kinnison, 76, of Lake Charles entered into eternal rest at 1:02 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 3, 2006, in her residence. Mrs. Kinnison was born and raised in Jennings and had lived most of her life in Ragley. She enjoyed quilting for herself and for friends and family who will remember her each time they take out their quilts for comfort. She also enjoyed collecting dolls. Mrs. Kinnison was a member of Reeves Bible Church. She will be remembered for her ability to always care for and comfort others. Mrs. Kinnison leaves to her family a legacy of faith and strength in God and in themselves. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and an overwhelming inspiration. She leaves to cherish her memory, her devoted husband of 27 years, Larwood “Larry” Kinnison Sr. of Ragley; three sons, Lester Langley Jr. and wife, Shelya, and James Paul Langley and wife, Susan, all of Lake Charles, and Stephen Lee Langley and partner, Al Alpadaca, of Houston; one daughter, Aline Marie Richardson and husband, Kenneth, of Houston; 10 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two great-great- grandchildren; one sister, Lucy LeBlanc and her husband, Ronnie, of Jennings; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Lester Langley Sr.; one daughter, Lillie Mae Langley; and one granddaughter, Courtney Alexandria Laluni Soileau. The family wishes to extend sincere gratitude to Dr. Judith Wolfe and the staff of M.D. Anderson in Houston for immeasurable care and for compassion through the past 11 years. KRATZER, Martin Wayne LCAP 08/03/2006 Services for Martin Wayne Kratzer, 61, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, August 3, 2006, at Matthews and Son Funeral Home of Jennings. He died Aug. 1 in a Crowley hospital.
