Funeral services for Mrs. Meline David, 100, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 
24, in Hixson Funeral Home.

The Rev. James Doyle will officiate. Burial will be in Lacassine Cemetery.
Visitation is from 10:30 a.m.-10 p.m. today, with a 7 p.m. rosary; and from 8 
a.m. Tuesday.

Mrs. David died at 10:15 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 22, 1995, in a Sulphur care center.
A native of Youngsville, she lived most of her life in Welsh and was a member of 
Our Lady of Seven Dolors Catholic Church.

Survivors are one son, Alvin David of Lake Charles; one daughter, Eunia Derouen 
of Moss Bluff; five grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 18 
great-great-grandchildren.
