All rights reserved. http://theusgenweb.net/copyright.htm ~~~~~~~~~ JENNINGS Funeral services for Mrs. Donatile Sonnier Myers, 100, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 10, from Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. The Rev. Oris Broussard will officiate. Burial will be in Estherwood Cemetery under direction of Matthews and Son Funeral Home. Visitation is from 8:30 a.m.-10 p.m. today in the funeral home, with a 6:30 p.m. rosary; and from 8 a.m. Saturday. Mrs. Myers died at 9:39 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 8, 1994, in her residence. A native of Lafayette Parish, she lived in Jennings 66 years. She was a charter member of the Catholic Daughters of America and Ladies Altar Society of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Survivors are five sons, Hillias, Luke, Mark and C.D. Myers, all of Jennings, and Phil Myers of Cumby, Texas; four daughters, Cora Baker and Laura Myers, both of Jennings, Mrs. Robert L. (Marjorie) Broussard of Lake Arthur and Sister Monica Myers of Duson; two brothers, Louis and Lawrence Sonnier, both of Jennings; two sisters, Agnes Clement of Evangeline and Gladys Hebert of Jennings; 36 grandchildren, 81 great-grandchildren and 19 great-great-grandchildren.
