MANUEL TRAHAN DIED IN JENNIGS (sic) LAST FRIDAY.
Manuel Trahan, who had been employed in the office of Sheriff
Isaac Fontenot in the court house in Jennings, died last Friday
morning of pneumonia. Mr. Trahan had been sick but a short
time, having contracted the flu about two weeks before his
death. He was a highly valued employee in the office of the
sheriff and exceedingly well like by all the patrons of the
office. Funeral services were held Saturday in Lake Arthur, his
former home.
