James was a good and kind boy, and was loved by all who knew him. Although of very delicate health, he was a diligent child at school. His teacher and school comrades loved him and every heart at Scott morns his loss. During illness, he often called those whom he knew and especially his kind teacher. The last word that fell from his dying lips, is indeed that of an angel. “Amen”, said he and his young soul took flight to heaven. His remains were taken, Sunday morning to New Orleans for internment. Good by Jimy. Your little seat is here vacant and your companions will miss you, but you will find an other seat and other companions that God has promised to those that love him. School friend.
