Melvin J. Clark (August 12, 1931 - May 6, 2004)

Funeral Services for Mr. Melvin J. Clark, age 72 of Lafayette LA, will be
held 1PM Saturday May 8, 2004 at Calvary Baptist Church near Winnfield.
Friends may call at the Calvary Baptist Church Friday May 7, from 5PM
until 10PM and on Saturday from 8AM until time of services. Burial will
follow in the Forest Lawn Cemetery in Pineville LA.
Mr. Clark is survived by: His Wife: Mary Mims Harper Clark of Lafayette
LA.,
One Daughter: Mary Kae Procell of San Antonio, TX.
Three Brothers: Billy R. Clark of Winnfield, Jerry P. Clark of Willis,
TX., and Robert Clark of Willis TX.
Three Sisters: Glenda Pendarvis of Tullos, LA., Louise Sweat of Winnfield
LA., and Mildred Rooney of Dripping Springs, TX. Two Grandaughters: Miriam
Glasgow and Sarah Procell. Two Great Grandsons: Gavin and Anthony.

CALVARY BAPTIST CHURCH IS LOCATED ON U.S. HWY 84 APPROXIMATELY 15 MILES
EAST OF WINNFIELD.
FOREST LAWN CEMETERY IS LOCATED ON U.S. 165 IN PINEVILLE
