December 6, 1890 pg 5 col 2

     Just as we got to press we learn the sad intelligence of the death of 
our town Marshal, Mr. Louis Ouellhe, which occurred at his residence here 
in town at 1:45 o’clock a. m. Friday, December 5th.  A meeting of the 
City Council was called for 11 o’clock that day.
