Mrs. A. Richard Death Occurs In Carencro

Carencro, March 1 – Mrs. Alfred Richard, nee Aledia Cormier, died at her 
mother’s home near Carencro Thursday morning.  She was 48 years old.

Funeral services were set for 5:00 p.m. today from St. Peter’s Catholic 
Church in Carencro.

She is survived by her mother, Mrs. Honora Cormier; three sisters, 
Mrs. Armand Cormier, Mrs. Leo Trahan, and Mrs. Cleophile Benoit; one brother, 
Jouchin Cormier.

Arrangements are in charge of E.D. Melancon and Son of Carencro.
