Lafayette, La. - Burns received when he fell into a container of lard at the home of his parents where meat was being butchered, caused the death at a local hospital Saturday of Leo, 4-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Estaus Romero, of near Cade, St. Martin parish. Funeral services for the child were conducted at the Coteau Catholic church near Cade, Sunday morning, followed by interment in the Catholic cemetery at Youngsville. Besides the parents, a brother, John, and a sister, Lauramae survive.
