FUNERAL RITES HELD FOR MRS. L. WHITTINGTON, JR..

Mrs. Louis Whittington, Jr., (nee Eulalie Duhon), ag 72, died at her residence 
in the Second Ward of this parish Thursday morning at 5:30 o'clock.

Funeral services which were largely attended were held on Friday at 3:30 p.m., 
at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church at Maurice. Paul Bearers were: Rayulle and Rayo 
Breaux, Dallas Credeur, Otto Dartez and Ducrest and Clephile Simon.

The deceased is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Jean Dupleix Simon, Mrs. 
Joseph Breaux and Mrs. Eddy Royer, all of Lafayette Parish. 11 grandchildren and 
15 great grand children also survive.

Arrangements were by Crouchet & Guchereau with Dauterive Undertaking Co., Inc.
