Widow in community of the late Ferdinand Morris Streck deceased of the Parish of Ascension in this State. ----- Who Declared that she had appointed, and does by these presents appoint and in her place and stead depute & put her son Mr. Henry Streck of this City, to be her true and lawful attorney in fact, special; giving, and by these presents granting unto the said attorney full power and authority for her, in her name and in her capacity aforesaid, to sell and convey to such person or persons for such price or prices and upon such terms and conditions as the said attorney shall think fit her Interest, owner ship claim and demand of in and to a certain Lot of Ground situate lying and being in Thibodauxville in this State, the undivided half interest belonging to her aforesaid as surviving Widow in community And for that purpose to sign and execute in the name of said constituent all Acts whether of sale, agreement or otherwise And generally to do and perform all & whatever shall or may be requisite and necessary in the premises as full, amply and effectually to all intents and purposes, and with the same validity as she the said Mrs. Widow Streck might or could do if personally present, Also with power of substitution and revocation The said appearer hereby agrees to ratify and Confirm whatsoever the said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of this Act of Procuration Thus Done and Passed in my office at the City of New Orleans, aforesaid the Day month and year first before written in the presence of Alphonse Barnett and James N.
