Margaret Anne Gilder, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene C. Gilder of Crowley, is 
engaged to marry Jared Michael Cox, son of Mr. and Mrs. Conrad P. Cox of 
Thibodaux at 7 p.m. Nov. 27 at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church in 
Crowley.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Hulna Manuel and the late Duvie Manuel 
of Crowley, the late Mr. and Mrs. Halcyon M. Gilder of Hahnville.

She is a 1997 graduate of Notre Dame of Acadia Parish, a December 2001 graduate 
of Louisiana State University in accounting, a 2002 graduate of LSU in M.S. 
accounting, is a Pi Beta Phi alumni and is employed by KPMG L.L.P.

He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Aysenne of Napoleonville, the late Dr. 
and Mrs. Nelson A. Cox. He is a 1997 graduate of E.D. White Catholic High School 
of Thibodaux, a May 2001 graduate of LSU and is in his last year of medical 
school at LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans with a specialty in urology.
