Mr. and Mrs. O.J. Guidry of Thibodaux and Felix J. Olivier Jr. of Patterson 
announce the engagement of their daughter, Dr. Felicia Lynn Olivier, to Dr. 
Michael Davis Fox, son of Mary Margaret Fox and the late Schubert Davis Fox Jr. 
of Jacksonville, Fla. The wedding will be at 2 p.m. Nov. 6 at St. Joseph Co-
cathedral in Thibodaux.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Raymond and Irene Blanchard of 
thibodaux, Mr. and Mrs. Felix Olivier Sr. of Opelousas and the late Betty Vining 
Olivier.

She is a graduate of E.D. White High School and graduated from Louisiana State 
University in Baton Rouge and Louisiana State Health Science Center in 
Shreveport with a degree in medicine. She completed her residency training of 
obstetrics and gynecology at the University in Florida in Jacksonville. She is 
in private practice in Jacksonville.

The groom is the grandson of the late Schubert and Marguerite Fox of Centralia, 
Ill., and the late Earl and Polly Alldredge of Kent, Ala. After completing 
undergraduate studies at Auburn University, he earned his medical degree from 
the University of Alabama.

He completed his residency training at the University of Mississippi in Jackson 
and his fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the 
University of Kentucky.

He is in private practice in Jacksonville.
