Melissa Britt and Jared Credeur were married Aug. 21, 2004, at the American 
Legion in Thibodaux.

The bride is the daughter of Darlene Danos of Cut Off and Robert Britt Sr. of 
Chackbay. Parents of the groom are Linda and Wilfred Credeur of Chackbay. Judge 
David Richard performed the ceremony. Following the ceremony, a reception was 
held at the American legion in Thibodaux. They will reside in Chackbay.
