M., he being a victim of the "Flu". The deceased, who was a son of the late Jos. Achee, was well-known in baseball circles, being formerly the crack pitcher of the Thibodaux Grays. During the past year, however, he has been employed in the office on Cedar Grove plantation, at Tallieu. ============================= Lafourche Comet (THURSDAY) January 16, 1919, pg. 1, col. 3 Submitted by: Nancy Wright Louis Alphonse Bergeron The body of Louis Alphonse Bergeron was brought to Thibodaux Friday (10 JAN ?), arriving here at about 10 o?clock at night, from Baton Rouge, for interment in St. Joseph Catholic cemetery.
