Kraemer Woman Leaves 246 Descendants

MRS. DORA DEMPSTER KRAEMER

Funeral services were held this morning, May 18 (1967), at 10 a.m. at St. 
Lawrence Catholic Church in Kraemer for 77 year old Mrs. Dora Dempster Kraemer, 
wife of the late Clay Kraemer.

Interment was in the St. Lawrence Church cemetery and arrangements were handled 
by Thibodaux Funeral Home.

The deceased is survived by 15 children, including Clement, Oliver, Henry, 
Landry, Willie, and Clarence Kraemer; Mrs. Oviel Usea, Mrs. Elmo Cortez, Mrs. 
Darsey Kraemer, Mrs. Calise Cortez, Mrs. Olida Martinez, Mrs. A. J. Poche, Mrs. 
Hubert Martinez, Mrs. Claude Mahler, and Mrs. Leroy Cortez. She was the mother 
also of the later Mrs. Wilson Usea.

Mr. Kraemer, a native of Vacherie, was the sister of Mrs. Septime Cortez Sr. 
and is survived by 108 grandchildren and 123 great-grandchildren.
