Ross-Reynolds, 45, was an assistant professor in psychology and counsel education at Nicholls State for six years. The Terrebonne Parish Coroner's Office issued a preliminary report listing the cause of death as pulmonary hypertension. A memorial service will take place in the Plantation Room of Nicholls State University at 4 p.m. Sunday, preceded by visitation from 2-4 p.m. Ross-Reynolds is survived by her husband Gary Ross-Reynolds; mother, Pinky Ross of Houston; son, Geoff Ross-Reynolds; and brother; Dr. Terry Ross of Austin, Texas.
