A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Joseph 
Co-Cathedral in Thibodaux for L.C. Adams Jr., 80, a native and resident of 
Thibodaux, who died at 11:45 a.m. Tuesday, March 1.

Visitation will be 6 to 10 p.m. today and 8 a.m. to funeral time Thursday at 
Landry's Funeral Home in Thibodaux.

Burial will be in the church cemetery.

He was the husband of Orena LeBlanc Adams; father of Louis III, George and 
Harold Adams; step-father of David Castagnetta; brother of Calvern Adams, 
Lucille Ponson, Evelyn Stevens, Carmel Boudreaux and Catherine Brown. He is 
also survived by eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and two step 
grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Edna Baye Adams Sr.; a 
brother, Lionel Adams; a sister, Thelma Marie Richard; and a great-
granddaughter, Jessica Adams.

Church in Chacahoula for Agnes H. Adams, 97, a native and resident of 
Chacahoula, who died at 5:45 a.m. Wednesday, March 2.

in the church cemetery.

She was the mother of Sylvia Dolese, Dorothy Guidry Broussard and Ruth 
Chiasson. She is also survived by 36 grandchildren, 71 great-grandchildren and 
12 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Nicholas Adams; parents, Lovincy and 
Lorenza Hubble Hebert; five sons, N.J., Wilbert, Calvin, Earl and Valcour 
Adams; and three grandsons, Ronald, Donald and Nicholas Adams.

She was the mother of C.D. Clement Jr. She is also survived by two 
grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Cleveland D. Clement Sr.; and her

great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Abby Cressionie Sr.; parents, Henry 
and Effie Soudilier Triche; and a step-grandchild.

She was the mother of Paul J. Thibodaux, Dora Loupe, Thelma Bouffanie; sister 
of Rita Guidry and Jean Breaux. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 33 
great-grandchildren and two step-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by husband, Farlee Thibodaux; parents, Auguste and 
Valarie Pitre Thibodaux; a daughter, Helen Bouvier; five brothers, Henry, 
Theodore, Calise, Augusta and Joseph Thibodaux; five sisters, Rose Bruce, 
Frazien Thibodaux, Josephine Hebert, Agnes Rodriguez and Victoria Bruce. She 
also is preceded in death by four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

She is a parishioner of Holy Savior Ladies' Altar, a retired employee of 
Lafourche Parish School Board, and a member of Ladies Auxiliary of American 
Legion Post 315 of Galliano.

sisters, Louise Turner, Marcelet and Theresa Alexander.

Marie Peltier

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph 
Co-Cathedral in Thibodaux for Marie Gaudet Peltier, 93, a native of 
Labadieville and resident of Thibodaux, who died at 3 p.m. Thursday, March 31.

Visitation will be 8:30 a.m. to funeral time Monday at the church. Burial will 
be in the church cemetery.

She was the mother of Florence Molaison, Frances Maureaux, Cecile Toups and 
Theresa Toups. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 23 great-
grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence J. Peltier; parents, Joseph 
and Cecile Aucoin Gaudet; two brothers, Joseph and Lovince Gaudet; and three 
sisters, Clemence Morin, Alice McKay and Theresa Gaudet.

Landry's Funeral Home Inc of Thibodaux is in charge of arrangements.
