Louis Campbell, 85, a native of West Baton Rouge Parish and resident of Dorseyville, who died at 1 a.m. Monday, Oct. 31. Burial was in Natchez National Cemetery in Natchez, Miss. The Rev. Wilbert Antoine officiated. He was the brother of Clotel Smith of Baton Rouge; companion of Estelle Patterson of Paincourtville. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lena Campbell, both parents; two daughters; a brother; and five sisters. Williams and Southall Funeral Home of Napoleonville was in charge of arrangements. ============================= Mary Gouaux A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Holy Savior Catholic Church in Lockport for Mary Catherine Harang Gouaux, 68, a native and resident of Lockport, who died at 4:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 30. Visitation will be 8 a.m. to funeral time Wednesday at the church. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux. She was the daughter of Winifred F. Harang; mother of Eugene "Bubba" and James W. Gouaux, Catherine G. Duplantis, Patricia G. Simpson and Frances G. Comeaux; sister of Warren J. Harang Jr., Winifred H. Kozelsky and Mary Lee H. Picou, She is also survived by 11 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Godfrey Gouaux; father, Warren J. Harang; and a brother, Donald F. Harang. Burial will be in St. Charles Cemetery of Luling. He was the husband of Victoria "Vie" Naquin Savoie; father of James L. and Kerney P. Savoie, Rhea Dennis and Sharon Hitter; brother of Alma S. Teel. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Good and Rosalie Kraemer Savoie; and a brother, Hayes "Twist" Savoie. He was a parishioner of Holy Family Church and a retired marine mechanic.
