A religious service took place at 10 a.m. today at Falgout Funeral Home in 
Raceland for Sidney J. Eusea, 75, a native and resident of Luling, who died at 
10:05 a.m. Wednesday, March 1.

Burial was in Our Lady of the Rosary Cemetery in Taft.

He was the brother of Daniel Eusea of St. Rose, Stanley Eusea of Boutte and Mabel 
Vicknair of LaPlace.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Eula Dufrene Eusea; parents, Oran and 
Octavia Loupe Eusea; five brothers, Leonie "Skezzie," Leonard "Cayou," Murray, 
Sterling and Joseph Eusea; and a sister, Euranie Reese.

He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and a member of the American Legion and 
V.F.W.

of Peace Catholic Church in Vacherie for Letitia Richard Folse, 80, a native of 
Labadieville and resident of Vacherie, who died at 2:50 p.m. Wednesday, March 1.

Visitation will be 8:30 a.m. to Funeral time Saturday at Our Lady of Peace 
Community Center in Vacherie.

Burial will be in the church Cemetery.

She was the mother of Ronald G. Folse, Jeanette Becnel, Caroline Cornwell and Mary 
Lou Lewis; sister of Bertha Gros. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 
seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband Henry St. Clair Folse; parents, Albert 
and Laura Arseman Richard; three brothers; and five sisters.

A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated at 10 a.m. today at Holy Savior Catholic 
Church in Lockport for Marie Hebert Molaison, 74, a native of Houma and resident 
of Raceland, who died at 10:44 p.m. March 1.

Burial was in the church Cemetery.

She was the wife of Luby Molaison; mother of John and Cindy M. Molaison, Edna M. 
Sanchez and Lillian M. Davaine; sister of Mildred, Avery, Edward, Louis and Moris 
Hebert and Alice H. Lefort. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and seven 
great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Sidney and Eva Lecompte Hebert; and 
three brothers, Leonce, Ruby and Edgard Hebert.

He was the husband of Melinda Cortez Rodriguez; father of Lacy L. and Kimberly L.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Judith Ann Shuck Rodriguez Sr.

Isle Catholic Church in Grand Isle for Floyd Joseph LeBlanc, 65, a native of New 
Orleans and resident of Grand Isle, who died at 3 a.m. Thursday, March 2.

Visitation will be 10 a.m. to Funeral time Saturday at the church.

Burial will be in the Grand Isle Cemetery.

He was the husband of Florence Rigaud LeBlanc of Grand Isle; father of Daniel and 
Donald LeBlanc and Dot Adam, all of Grand Isle; brother of Joe and Ruby LeBlanc, 
Gertrude Olds and Lucy Davidson, all of Grand Isle, Louis LeBlanc of Houston, 
Texas, and Audrey Falgout of Raceland. He is also survived by four grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, T-Pat and Gertrude Seven LeBlanc; and a 
brother, Ray LeBlanc.

He was a U.S. Army veteran and a member of American Legion Post 309 of Grand Isle. 
He was a crane operator for Tex Houma Oil Company.

the Rosary Catholic Church in Larose for George David Loupe Sr., 64, a native of 
Lockport and resident of Larose, who died at 6:30 a.m. Thursday, March 2.

Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery in Cut Off.

He was the husband of Mary Ann Pierce Loupe; father of George D. Jr. and Chad M. 
Loupe, Mona Plaisance, Debra Slade, Leslie Schwertz, Anna L. Martin and Pamela 
Chiasson; brother of Nelson E. Loupe and Josephine L. Arabie. He is also survived 
by 10 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Nelson J. and Ursula Curole Loupe.

He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict and a member of the Louisiana Cattleman's 
Association.

A memorial service took place at 11:30 a.m. Monday in Houston, Texas, for Nutsey 
Joseph Hebert, a native of Cut Off and resident of Houston, who died at 2 a.m. 
Friday, March 3, at Northwest Medical Center in Houston.

He was the husband of Lois G. Hebert; father of Dixie Brunet and Gilda H. Potts; 
stepfather of Terri Cole; son of Romanda K. Hebert; brother of Durock Hebert and 
Victoria Thomassie. He is also survived by four grandchildren, four step 
grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, Cleveland Hebert; and his former wife, 
Judith Martin.

A memorial service took place at 10 a.m. today at Holy Rosary Church, in Houma 
for Edward Joseph Pellegrin, 71, a native of Chauvin and resident of Houma, who 
died of cancer at 1:30 a.m. Friday, March 3.

His body was cremated.

He was the father of Dwayne Pellegrin, Missy Hines and Sharon Babin, all of Houma; 
stepfather of Diane Swenson of Jena; brother of Armand and Roy Pellegrin, Rita 
Bergeron and Joyce Cox, all of Houma, Brunella Crochet of Biloxi, Miss., and Mary 
Albiana Chaisson of Pineville. He is also survived by six grandchildren and two 
great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Winona Domangue Pellegrin; parents, Carmelia 
Chaisson and Eddie J. Pellegrin; and a stepdaughter, Joyce Poincot.

He was a parishioner of Holy Rosary and a World War II veteran. He worked as a 
fisherman and a carpenter.

in Lockport for Catherine Ozio Arcement, 96, a native of Thibodaux and resident of 
Lockport, who died at 3 a.m. Saturday, March 4.

She was the mother of Russell, Clarence, Roland and Wilbur Arcement and 
Catherine Arceneaux. She is also survived by 27 grandchildren, 60 great-
grandchildren and 31 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Etienne Felix Arcement; parents, 
William and Lea Ozio Malbrough; a son, Guy Arcement; a daughter, Mildred Klein; 
and two brothers, Manuel and Algunny Malbrough.

She was a member of the Ladies Altar Society.

Barbier; father of Mark and Sheryl Barbier; brother of Gwen St. Romain and Beryl 
Bourgeois.

Paincourtville, who died at 4 a.m. Saturday, March 4 in Greenville, N.C.

She was the adopted mother of Shirley Carter Nobles and Derrie Guy Land; 
stepmother of Mary Thomas. She is also survived by four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin Joseph.

She was the former owner of Al & Gen's Cafe and Assumption Florist in 
Paincourtville. She was the Worthy Matron of Mt. Moriah Chapter No. 24 O.E.S., 
treasurer of the Herions of Jericho and a member of the Four Seasons Garden Club 
in Donaldsonville.

He was the husband of Gertie O. Ordogne; father of Lucien, Lambert and Charles

He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Laura Cortez Ordoyne; a

He was the father of Joseph, Henry, Clarence and Junious Boyd, Mary Lee, Edna

Richmond Boyd and Estelle and Ora Mae Folse, all of Raceland, Johnnie Boyd Jr. 
of Thibodaux, Hezekiah Triggs of Johnson Ridge, Kate Rose of Lockport and Jeanetta 
Gray of Vacherie. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren and 26 great-
grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mamie Harris Boyd; parents, Johnnie Sr. and 
Edna Boyd; a son, Eddie Boyd Jr.; a brother, Ernest Boyd; and four sisters, Ethel 
Robinson, Kathleen Jackson, Ida Baptiste and Alivia Boyd.

She was the mother of Charles E. Carroll Jr. of Okeechobee, Fla., and Harriett

Matherne of Bourg and Marion Benoit of Schreiver. She is also survived by four

A private service took place for Clifton Seales Keadle, 68, a native of Pryor, 
Okla., and resident of Gray, who died at 6 a.m. Monday, March 6.

He was the husband of Louis "Lois" Morehead Keadle; father of Roy Keadle of 
Biloxi, Miss., Stanley Keadle of Amarillo, Texas, David Keadle of Hurst, Texas, 
and Kimerlee Keadle of New Orleans; stepfather of Jerry Clark of Spokane, Wash., 
and Michael Clark of Grand Prairie, Texas; brother of Joe and Marvin Keadle, both 
of Independence, Mo., Alvin Keadle of Tuscon, Ariz., and Reba Kathaleen Tooley of 
Stinnett, Texas. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Oliver L. Keadle and Mary Bitting; and a 
brother, Dale Keadle.

He worked as a welder-fitter in the area for 20 years and served as a Navy 
coxswain in World War II as a gunner on a tug and rescue ship in the Atlantic.

She was the mother of James Patrick Cappel of New Orleans, Edmund Joseph and 
Caroline May Cappel, both of Thibodaux, Frederick Lewis Cappel and Richard 
Berchmann, both of Lake Charles, and Ernestine Cappel Kuhn of New Jersey. She is 
also survived by 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

She received a degree from Louisiana Normal School and a bachelor degree from 
Louisiana State University and a master's degree from the University of 
Wisconsin. She delivered the news in French on KALB Radio from 1940 to 1951 and 
taught English at Bolton High School from 1945 to 1951 and taught at Marksville 
High School from 1951 to 1965.

She was one of the founding members of CODOFIL of Louisiana and one of the oldest 
baptized parishioners of St. Joseph Church. She was named one of the 10 Most 
Honored Citizens of Marksville from 1900 to 1950 and was a member of the St. 
Joseph Church Choir.

Dub Gibbens

Civic activists, Francis Durel Award winner and long-time Thibodaux truck dealer 
Durbin J. "Dub" Gibbens. 85, a native of Baton Rouge and resident of Thibodaux 
died Monday.

Gibbens was born in Baton Rouge on Dec. 1, 1909, the son of Richard Thomas and 
Mary Elder Gibbens. He graduated from Thibodaux College and moved to Baton 
Rouge, where he attended Louisiana State University and obtained a bachelors 
degree.

Gibbens returned to Thibodaux and married Mildred H. Hebert in 1932. He was a 
Buick and General Motors truck dealer for 51 years, until his retirement in 1983

He served as one of the Founders of the Louisiana Automobile Dealers 
Association and a director for many years. Locally, he served as president of 
the local dealer's association and past area director for the state 
association. He was honored with the Dealer of the Year Award.

He was a member of the gas rationing board in World War II. His civic duties 
includes past President of the Thibodaux Chamber of Commerce and Past President of 
the Thibodaux Rotary Club, where he was named a Paul Harris Fellow by Rotary 
International.

Gibbens was past Grand Marshall of the Volunteer Department in 1955 and Honorary 
member of Fire Company No. 1 for 34 years.

In 1979, Gibbens was chosen to receive the Durel Award for Outstanding 
Citizenship. He was a Director of Lafourche National Bank for 19 years, and past 
Director and Secretary of the St. Joseph Hospital Board for 6 years.

In 1984, Gibbens was honored by E.D. White Catholic High School with an induction 
into the school's Hall of Fame in 1984.

A member of both LSU and Nicholls State Century Clubs, Gibbens also served as 
treasurer of the Thibodaux College Cardinal Club for 26 years.

He was also treasurer of the St. Vincent de Paul Society for 30 years, and 
Director on the board at Manresa for 10 years.

He was the father of Frances Jones, Durbin Gibbens Jr., Carol Ann Harris, Mary 
Catherine Dupre, Sara Day Vignes, and the late Thommas Gibbens.

He is survived by his wife of 62 years, and 30 grandchildren, and 35 great-
grandchildren.
