and resident of Thibodaux, who died Saturday, Feb. 1, 1997.

Visitation will be 6 to 9 p.m. today and 8 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. Tuesday at 
Landry's Funeral Home.

Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.

She was the wife of Ira John Gervais Sr.; mother of Ira J. Gervais Jr. and Mrs. 
Scott (Mary) G. Romero; sister of Lilly Rose Oncale. She is also survived by 
three grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Wallace and Lelia Webre Breaux; and 
three sisters, Bonnie France, Elmira Riche and Rosa Adams.

Home Chapel in Thibodaux for Andrew Henry "Lucky" Hebert, 96, a native of 
Thibodaux and resident of New Orleans, who died at 1:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 1, 
1997, at Woodland Village Health Center.

Burial was in St Joseph Cemetery.

He was the husband of Lydia Granger Hebert; father of Shelly, Roland, Dooley, 
Gerald and Daniel Hebert, Irene Boudreaux, Doris Adams, Mildred Albarado, Anna 
Belle Chiasson, Geraldine Boudreaux, Barbara Clement, Beverly Naquin, Janet 
Galliano, Gilda Jackson and Sandra Trosclair; brother of Wilson Hebert and 
Bessie Reulet He is also survived by 74 grandchildren, 116 great-grandchildren 
and 45 great-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Cecile Pitre Hebert; seven 
brothers, William, Philip, Sidney, Nolan, Russell, Hubert and Felix Hebert; and 
two sisters, Mae H. Rebstock and Cecile Hebert (infant).

She was preceded in death by a son, Charles C. Rau III; six brothers, Villace 
Jr., Borne Anthony, Berlin Joseph, Walter and Stephen Andrew Ledet and Jimmy 
Ledet Duthu; and a grandchild.

She was a member of Christian Faith Fellowship.

Leona M. Vito, 79, a native of Terrebonne Parish and resident of Chauvin, who 
died Saturday, Feb. 1, 1997. 

Burial was in Bisland Cemetery. 

She was the mother of Wilton, Reynold, Harold, Larry, Anthony and Johnny Vito, 
Cecile Ledet and Helen Benoit.  She is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 35 
great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur J. Vito; a son, Jerry Vito; 
two daughters, Dorothy Vito and [obit ended].

He was a former resident of Marrero and was a member of the American Legion and 
Knights of Columbus.  He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II.

She was the mother of Ferdinand and Evans Lewis of Raceland; and sister, of 
Rosemary Reed of Raceland, Ernest, Jessie, Warren and C.J. Joseph of Raceland, 
Clarence and Charles Joseph of New Orleans and Alcy Joseph of Boutte.  She is 
also survived by seven grand children and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Oliver Lewis; daughter, Dorothy Mae 
Lewis; and son, Leroy Lewis.

and Claudia Adams Savoie; four brothers, Abel, Claude, Adam and Leon Savoie; 
and two sisters, Eve Savoie Griffin and Cora Savoie.

She was a parishioner of Maria Immacolata Catholic Church.

She was a homemaker.

grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Houston Gervais Sr.; parents,

Louis E. "Wimpy" Ordoyne, 79, a longtime Lafourche Parish Sheriff's Office 
employee, died at 8:48 a.m. Monday, Feb. 10, 1997.

the Rosary Catholic Church in Larose.  Burial is in the church cemetery.

Ordoyne, a native and resident of Larose, handled a variety of tasks for the 
Sheriff's Office in its Ward 10 office during his long career with the 
department.

He was the husband of Yvonne Saucier Ordoyne; father of Yvonne O. Fanguy of 
Houma, Louise O. Adams of Golden Meadow, Therese O. Faucheaux of Destrehan and 
Alice O. "Chippy" Freeman of Houma; and brother of Wilton Ordoyne of Larose and 
Laura Mae Dustane of Port Allen.

He is also survived by six grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Gus and Rose Plaisance Ordoyne; and 
brothers, Claude and Guy Ordoyne.

Ordoyne was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church in Larose 
and a member of the Holy Name Society, Knights of Columbus Council 8898 and 
Fourth Degree Knights of Columbus.

He was a veteran of World War II.
