Barbara Allen

Barbara Lottinger Allen, 67, a native of Houma and resident of Metairie, died 
July 29, 2004.

A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated at 11:30 a.m. Monday at St. Catherine 
of Siena Church in Metairie, with burial at Holy Rosary Cemetery in Houma.

She is survived by her sons, the Rev. Kenneth and Joseph W. Allen III; and one 
grandchild.

She was a graduate of Terrebonne High School. She was a member of the 
Genealogical Research Society of New Orleans and wrote "Falgoust: A Family 
History: 1555-1988," which traced her family tree.

She was a retired rehabilitation counselor with Louisiana Rehabilitation 
services.

Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
