Donald Rau

Donald P. Rau, 61, a native of New Orleans and resident of Labadieville, died at 
9:05 a.m. Aug. 14, 2004.

A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated at noon today at Hargrave Funeral Home 
in Morgan City, with burial at Morgan City Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Fangue Rau; son, Peter Rau; daughters, 
Angelle R. Powell and Heidi Rau; stepson, Jack A. Stansbury Jr.; stepdaughter, 
Anna S. Aloisio; sisters, Gail R. Lutz, Patricia R. Sokol, Glenn R. Jenniskens; 
brother, William A. Rau Jr.; and grandchildren, Lauren Rau, Kayla Stansbury, 
Katherine Stansbury, Devin Powell, Cereline Powell, Cassie Kay Aloisio, Ashlyn 
Reaux, Caitlyn Reaux, Jacob Stansbury, Joshua Stansbury, Emily Comeaux, Derek 
Landry, Beth Landry and Matthew Landry. He was preceded in death by his parents, 
William A. Sr. and Florestine Pitre.

He was a 35-year retire of J. Ray McDermott Inc.

Hargrave Funeral Home of Morgan City is in charge of arrangements.
